Weekly Meditation
Guided by Nora Malfettone
Meditation is a tool to reach another level of depth and relationship to life, with a large amount of benefits, each different to the practitioner.

Yet, there are often misperceptions for most when being introduced to the concept of meditation. Meditation truly is for everyone, regardless of background, interest or upbringing. My awareness of meditation came on naturally, and this is something I help others to consider.

I remind myself and teach others that we are whole as we are, we simply need the space to remember that and express it freely - space that meditation helps to cultivate when used throughout our daily lives. Meditation has healed my nervous system, has quieted my mind, healed PTSD, has evolved my intuitive capacities, made me a better mother, wife, friend, daughter and sister. I’m honored to invite you to join me and our developing meditation community every week on Tuesdays at 9 am EST / 6 am PST in meditation and guidance.
Join us every Tuesday at 9 AM EST / 6 AM PST in weekly meditation. Together we meet as a group to take a journey inward and set a new powerful intention for the week.

Improve Life's Quality
Growing up, I found meditation and mindfulness as my medicine when suffering from depression and anxiety from a young age and something instrumental in my growth during my training in healing modalities. Now, as a mother, spiritual mentor, energy and birth-worker and having survived health crises, abuse and trauma, I find meditation to be just as medicinal and important to my daily life.

The process of meditation follows a particular order, with definite principles, and verifiable results.

According to Yale Health*, which now incorporates meditation into the fabric of Yale University, mindfulness and meditation practices have been shown to:
-
Decrease stress,
-
Improve sleep quality
-
Increase compassion towards oneself and others
-
Improve overall well-being

A new study by researchers at Yale, Columbia and Dartmouth shows that a even a brief introduction to mindfulness helps people deal with physical pain and negative emotions.**
There are even additional studies that show that meditation changes both the function and structure of the brain!***
And all of this is even verifiable beyond the lab and in real-life settings, as experienced by myself and thousands of people I mentored over 17 years.
The first time we met it changed my life, the second time I was convinced. Since then I have been on an exciting path of discovery, and it has wholly changed my entire life.
People have said I am different, I feel different and whatever you have learned has worked on me. Big time.
